Slutty Brownies are a legendary dessert trio made in one pan with a chocolate chip cookie base, Oreo middle and brownie top layer, the ultimate dessert bar!
I’ve made a lot of amazing Brownies for this site, from classic Crackly Chocolate Brownies to delightful Cookie Dough Brownies, but the most decadent I’ve made so far are these Slutty Brownies. Made with a layer of Oreo, cookie dough and (obviously) a brownie layer, these are the most gooey, delicious dessert and they’re really easy to make.
SLUTTY BROWNIES
Slutty brownies are the ultimate guilty pleasure, and they don’t take all afternoon to make. The recipe is quick and easy, they’re delightfully messy, and you can make them ahead of time and serve them up chilled. While I don’t call them “Slutty Brownies” when I make them with my kids (I call them “Double Cookie Brownies” when in mixed company,) the name is perfect if you’re serving them up for a bachelorette party or a weekend get together.
Some of my most popular desserts here include Oreos, including my Oreo Cake and my Oreo Chunk Cookies, so you know I’m no stranger to recycling the delicious cookie into other baked treats. Slutty Brownies are one of the most popular desserts using Oreos, so my own version was long overdue. What makes this my version? Well I use my foolproof brownie for the top layer from my Classic Chocolate Brownie Recipe and my Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe for the base layer. You can of course use the quick way too!
